checking account. $5000 minimum to open, for funds not already
on deposit with Middleton Community Bank. Substantial penalty for
early withdrawal. Rates effective 3/13/08 and subject to change, also applicable for IRA’s.

Interest compounded quarterly on all
certificates of deposit.
Fees could reduce the earnings on the account. Refer to account
disclosure sheets for further detail.
Interest is calculated on a 365(6)/365(6) day basis. We may impose a
penalty for early withdrawal from time deposits.
Annual percentage yield assumes interest will remain on deposit until
maturity. A withdrawal will reduce earnings.
