Middleton Community Bank Gold Card

  • Scorecard Bonus Points: For each dollar purchased, you earn a bonus point. Points are redeemable for merchandise and travel awards. Maximum of 60,000 points per year. Transfer your existing balances and obtain up to 5,000 points.

  • Travel Accident Insurance: Up to $1,000,000 for you and your family when you purchase tickets with your card.

  • Travel & Emergency Assistance: Replace lost tickets, obtain medical and legal referrals.

  • Auto Rental Insurance: Provides coverage due to collision or theft.

Middleton Community Bank Classic Card

  • Travel Accident Insurance: Up to $150,000 for you and your family when you purchase tickets with your card.
