With Middleton Community Bank’s Telephone Banking
System you can quickly and easily:

Make account balance inquiries

Determine the last six transactions on your account
-
Obtain updates regarding ATM transactions,
electronic funds or social security deposits
-
Verify interest paid and earned information during
tax time
-
Make transfers
Instructions
-
To access information, you will need your account
number and the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social
security number or tax I.D. number that has been assigned as the
initial PIN. The first time you access your accounts, you are required
to change your social security or tax I.D. number to any other four
digit number.

The opening menu allows you to access the account
selection menu and system instructions.

The account information and funds transfer menu
provides access to checking, savings, loan and time deposit accounts,
as well as the ability to transfer funds.

The checking and savings account menus provide
information on your account balance, previous account activity, your
last deposit date and amount, specific check information and interest
information.

The loan account menu gives access to your loan
balance, payment and interest information.
-
The Certificate of Deposit and Individual
Retirement Account menu gives information on your account balance,
maturity date and interest information.

The funds transfer menu will allow you to transfer
between pre-authorized checking, savings, PRA/Overdraft Protection and
Home Equity Lines of Credit Accounts. Please contact the bank to sign
up for funds transfers

Action keys on your telephone keypad are as
follows:
8 will return you to the previous menu. 9 will repeat the menu you are
in. 0 will transfer you to an operator during regular banking hours.
The # key will return you to the account information and funds
transfer menu.
Using the Telephone Banking
System

Call from any touch-tone phone 608-831-3203

Wait for the greeting, then follow the instructions
given to you over the phone. You will be offered a series of menu
selections from which to choose. To access these selections from the
Main Menu give, simply press the corresponding number(s) on your
telephone.

To access the funds transfer option, you must have
completed a “Request for Funds Transfer” form. To obtain this, contact
the bank’s Bookkeeping area during business hours at 608-824-3200

By hitting # at anytime you will be transferred to
the account information and funds transfer menu.
