To help you be better prepared before meeting with your lender we have provided the following checklist.
___ Current personal financial statement(s).
___ A copy of your last personal Federal Income Tax Return(s).
A copy of the businessís last Federal Income Tax Return.
___ Business history and/or business plan.
___ Resume of management.
___ Explanation of the use of the funds to be borrowed.
___ Collateral to be offered.
___ A monthly projection of the income & expense of your business for the next 12 months.
___ Opening balance sheet (for new businesses only).
___ Profit & loss statement for last 3 fiscal year-ends.
___ A listing & aging of accounts payable/receivable.
___ Copy of Articles of Incorporation, Operating Agreement, or Partnership Agreement.
___ Written estimates from suppliers or contractors for any equipment or construction costs to be paid with loan proceeds.
