JOB SUMMARY:  Responsible for meeting clients needs by describing the features/benefits of bank products/services to ensure maximum cross-selling and account retention.  Enhance relationships by developing new customers from referrals and outside calling efforts. Position requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality and flexibility.  Must have working knowledge of policies, procedures and practices in retail banking with a focus on servicing client needs.  The interpersonal skills to positively and personably represent the Bank and be a team player.

Universal Banker Job Description

POSITION: COMPLIANCE OFFICER (Full Time)

JOB SUMMARY: The Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Bank's compliance management program. This position plans, organizes, and oversees the Bank's day-to-day administrative, lending and operational compliance activities; collaborates with the Chief Financial Officer in the overall administration of these directives for the Bank. Participates in various committees and oversees compliance audits and examinations. Performs duties as the Bank Secrecy Act/OFAC Officer, Community Reinvestment Act Officer, and Privacy Officer. Oversees compliance training for staff and new hires. Advises the Board of Directors, Senior Management and Bank personnel of emerging compliance issues and consults and guides the Bank in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks. Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures in accordance with all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
